The Village at Gleannloch Farms Senior Living, Spring, Tx
For Spawglass Construction, we delivered trusses for three buildings of a large assisted living complex. The roof had requirements for large overhang tails. The truss designer was able to design the soffit framing into the truss saving the installer time and material.
To accommodate the mechanical runs over the corridor, the truss was split at the corridor walls and capped at the higher level.
The project received a Building of America award and named Light Gauge Solutions as a preferred, reliable vendor.
